Subscription Policy
This policy explains how recurring deliveries and subscriptions work on Vanselle.
1. How it works
When you choose a subscription, you receive your selected product on a recurring schedule at the frequency you choose.
2. Billing
Your payment method is charged automatically on each delivery date until you cancel.
3. Managing your subscription
You can change the frequency, skip a delivery or cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. No fees apply.
5. Price changes
We may adjust subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel before any change takes effect.
