We want you to love your Vanselle ritual. Here's everything you need to know about delivery, lead times and returns.
Shipping
We ship across Europe and to most international destinations. Orders placed before 2pm CET on a business day are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Lead times
The table below shows estimated delivery windows from the moment your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, even on opened products. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
