Terms of Sale (CGV)
These general terms of sale govern the relationship between Lunexia Ltd and the customers of the Vanselle online store.
1. Application
These terms apply to all orders placed on the Vanselle website. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
2. Products & prices
Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or product unavailability.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is secured by certified providers and card details are never stored.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative and shown at checkout. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days to return your products for a refund, in accordance with our returns policy.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Lunexia Ltd is registered.
